Hat doesn't fit or changed your mind? You have 14 days from receiving your parcel<\/strong>, during which you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Below we explain how to do it, step by step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns in 3 steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Report your return<\/strong> within 14 days of receiving the parcel: fill in the form below<\/a> or email contact@melchika.com<\/a>. All we need is your order number and what you're sending back.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Send the hat back<\/strong> within 14 days of reporting the return: most conveniently to InPost Paczkomat locker POZ28H<\/strong> or by post to: Pawe\u0142 Bia\u0142as, ul. Rolna 31\/61, 61-491 Pozna\u0144, Poland. Write your order number on the parcel.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Get your money back<\/strong>: we'll refund you within 14 days of your return request at the latest, using the same method you paid with.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    How we refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We send the refund using the same method you paid for the order with<\/strong>. If you paid via Przelewy24<\/strong> (fast transfer, BLIK or card), the money will go back through Przelewy24 to the same bank account or card. You don't need to give us your account number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For other payment methods, such as PayPo, the refund is settled through the same provider. We can agree on a different form of refund only if you consent to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
