Melchika

With you since 2019

Melchika is a small family business that started out with turbans and headbands and today makes mainly hats for children and adults. The name combines our daughter Melania's name with the Spanish word “chica”, meaning girl.

We ship orders by courier or to InPost Paczkomat parcel lockers.

Yes, but shipping costs differ considerably from those in Poland.
Contact us with your delivery address and we'll give you an individual shipping quote.

Processing takes about 7 working days from receipt of payment, and in practice usually 3–4 days. This is an estimate and depends on our current workload. Once we ship your parcel, the order status will change to “Shipped” and you'll receive a tracking number by email.
We let you know by email about every change in your order status. Alternatively, you can create an account where you can view your order history and check the status of your order (including tracking your parcel), or click here and enter your email and order number.
There are two ways to pay for your order: 1. by bank transfer to the account given in the order confirmation email you will receive from us. If you're curious, the account number is 22 1140 2004 0000 3402 7871 2781; please include your order number in the transfer title. 2. via Przelewy24.
You have 14 days to let us know you want to make a return, e.g. at contact@melchika.com, and another 14 days to send the hat back in unused condition.
